    具体岗位及要求如下：

    行业研究员 (2名)

    岗位职责：
    1、研究新能源、资源、建材等相关行业及上市公司基本面，进行股票估值与风险分析，及时提交高质量研究报告。
    2、对上市公司进行实地调研，撰写调研报告，紧密跟踪上市公司行业及公司动态，供公司投资决策参考。

    职位要求：
    1、重点院校硕士及以上学历，可考虑应届毕业生，本科教育是化工专业者优先；
    2、具备对上市公司的深入调研能力，有良好的沟通和较强的市场分析能力，文笔流畅；
    3、熟悉财务知识，能熟练利用各种数据进行财务分析；
    4、良好的英语阅读能力，能熟练阅读相关英文报告，大学英语六级以上。

    金融工程研究员 (1名)

    职位描述：
    We are seeking to hire a Quantitative Equity Analyst. This role was recently established to enhance quantitative strategies for A-share equities. This Quantitative Analyst (QA) will play a critical role in developing investment management processes for products, as well as the tactical implementation of those processes. The QA will be is a member of the Quantitative Equity Research Group and will do the following:
    ● Help maintain our quantitative equity database and some daily routines
    ● Develop and implement programs to calculate various technical and fundamental stock factors
    ● Design, construct, test and implement quantitative stock selection models and procedures
    ● Enhance portfolio construction techniques and rebalancing portfolios of domestic equities
    ● Exploit risk models, optimizers, and performance attribution techniques
    ● Collaborate with portfolio managers, fundamental research analysts, and traders in the investment process

    Candidate Profile
    We are looking for candidates with the following characteristics:
    ● Advanced degree in a quantitative discipline such finance, financial engineering, econometrics, statistics, computer science, and mathematics etc
    ● Proven experience maintaining SQL Server database, experienced programmer in SQL scripts, Java, and C++
    ● Experience with statistical software such as SAS, S-plus etc.
    ● Working knowledge of quantitative equity investment.
    ● Interested in Finance and equity investment management
    ● High-energy, hard-working, quick learner, and detail oriented; enjoys working in an unstructured environment and thrives in an intense and dynamic organization
    ● Good command in English language.
